Article XV

Honor Code, Discrimination And Sexual Harassment Policy

Section 15.1           Honor Code Policy.  The GRSBA fully supports the application of the School’s Student Honor Code.  In the event of any conflict between these Bylaws and the School’s Student Honor Code, the Student Honor Code shall prevail.

Section 15.2  Anti-Discrimination PolicyThe GRSBA condemns discrimination on the basis of race, sex, national origin, religion, age, handicap, sexual orientation, or gender identity and will tolerate none by any Member or Student Organization.  Any student who believes that he or she is a victim of discrimination should submit a report in writing to the GRSBA President and describe the incident(s) within 60 days of its (their) alleged occurrence.  If the complaint identifies the GRSBA President as the alleged discriminator, the complaint shall be filed with the GRSBA Vice President.  Complaint procedures will be administered in the same manner as the School’s Sexual Harassment Policy with all references to the School’s Dean replaced with the GRSBA President (or, if the immediately preceding sentence is applicable, the GRSBA Vice President).
